We need someone who understands Addiction as well as the day to day obstacles professionals face. We need someone in office who cares and who is available not just to listen but who has the energy to make it happen. Pete Nielsen is also apart of Addiction Professional Network and is always concerned that as professionals we are not just working, But working our full potential. As Professionals in this field we have to make sure our votes are in. And our voice will be heard “LET’S MAKE A DIFFERENCE”
Mr. Nielsen is currently working for Willingness to Change as a Substance Abuse Professional and Family Recovery Specialist/Interventionist. Mr. Nielsen provides alcohol and other drug education, counseling, coaching, interventions, Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional assessments and workshops/trainings for drug and alcohol professionals. He also teaches at Intercoast Colleges in their alcohol and drug counseling studies.

Thank you for accepting me. Upon the release of my film "Up in the Attic" I hope to speak with youth as well as adults and share my experiences as a teenager and young adult experimenting with drugs.
